I love my trinity knot ring! The width is just right for me, not too narrow yet not too wide so when I do craft work, it doesn’t feel bulky. I have not taken it off since it arrived as it is so comfortable to wear. No sharp edges at all!

I just purchased the small Celtic dragon weave bracelet and I absolutely LOVE it! At first when it arrived I thought I ordered it too small but the 7” is perfect. About 2 years ago I ordered a similar one with Gold and silver and a larger weave. I bought the 8” I think but it hangs nice on my wrist. They both compliment each other nicely. The ring is portrayed as two interlocking bands that present as one.
However, the bands will not remain connected. The bands keep falling apart.
With a two year warranty, on a ring that I just purchased, I hope that this problem will be fixed.
This was a relatively expensive item and I expected better construction.
Will "Keith Jack" honor the warranty on this item a fix it?

This pendant is the perfect size for me. I bought it to match the Tree of Life ring which I purchased a number of weeks ago. The chain was a great width, too. Often, a pendant will come with a curb chain, but the spiga chain is so much nicer.

I am beyond impressed with this necklace! It’s stunning, comfortable, and doesn’t tangle with my other favorite necklace. I got the 20” chain since my other everyday necklace is 17” and they compliment each other well. The Pearl is beautiful, sometimes it’s looks blue and sometimes purple. I love it. I’ve only had it for a couple days and have gotten so many compliments. While I did receive the necklace with the white Pearl by mistake at first, customer service was exceptional! They responded quickly and got me the correct color Pearl necklace at no extra charge to me so quickly I was shocked! Samantha was so helpful and understanding, even going as far as to send a handwritten apology with the correct necklace. You just don’t get that kind of genuine kindness from a business that often anymore. I cannot wait to purchase another Keith Jack piece! The design, quality, and fast shipping cannot be matched in my opinion. This is the best birthday present!
